Thibaud Veil
Thibaud Veil is a principal of Crown Retail Services, a New York City based national retail real estate consulting and brokerage firm and affiliate with Crown Acquisitions. He has extensive experience in representing both tenants and landlords in leases in “high-street” locations. He has also been involved in the development of strategies for both developers and tenants for in mixed use projects, shopping centers and life-style centers in key retail markets in the US. He is also a member of the team working with Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack in New York City, along with such retailers as Mojo Coffee, Tartinery, APM Monaco, Saint James and Daniel Cremieux on their national expansion to name a few.
Recently, Thibaud was part of the team who represented Nordstrom in the leasing of 43,000 SF at 3 Columbus Circle for their men store, Nordstrom Rack for their NY flagship in the leasing of 47,000 SF at 855 6th Avenue, APM Monaco at 155 Spring Street, Copley Place in Boston and The Bravern in Seattle, Mojo Coffee at 200 South Wacker Drive in Chicago, Daniel Cremieux at The Royal Ponciana in Palm Beach, Jean Rousseau and Saint James for their showrooms and stores on Madison Avenue or Johnston of Elgin showroom in the Flatiron.
Prior to joining Crown Retail Services, Thibaud was the CEO and Co-founder of City Square a New York City based commercial real estate and consulting firm. Clients included retailers, as well as, corporate and private firms.
He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in New York, an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the French American Chamber of Commerce.
