DEVELOPMENT STAGE

Candice found her passion in the hospitality industry at a young age as a host at two Michelin Star restaurants, Le Cirque in the Bellagio & Renoir at the Mirage. Working closely with the Maccione family & starred Chef Alex Stratta, she very quickly fell in love with the heart & attention to detail that went into every step.

 

At 21 years old Candice headed behind the bar at Las Vegas’s hottest nightclub, & lounges. She quickly realized the significant difference from her intimate settings to the hustle of the nightclub scene. This began her career long journey of historic need to drive revenue at a fast pace. She entered management at La Valencia in La Jolla CA & was pivotal in a revamp of Room Service & Piano Bar. However, business volumes & excitement called her back to Las Vegas. Bobby Flay’s Mesa Grill was her next stop, where she spent several years refining her management style.

 

THE TRAVELLING TASK FORCE

Candice then teamed up with the Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group to lead their opening task force. For 8 years she opened restaurants in London, Singapore, Las Vegas, Detroit & DC. Inherently understanding that every detail is important.

Returning to Las Vegas she opened two restaurants, including one with Alex Stratta & another being with Hakkasan Group, where she commanded her largest staff of 85 front of house employees.

 

DYNAMIC APPLICATION
Now Candice is responsible for a range of tasks for the creative hive. Selecting & managing OSE, Project Management timelines & tactics, developing & implementing operational tools & talent. She takes point on venue openings.
